Sports Conditioning is well suited for late middle school and high school athletes and features the following components as part of a comprehensive plan:

*Aerobic Conditioning

Sessions Forming Include:
Advanced Sports Conditioning prepares an athlete to begin day one of practice in the best possible shape.  Intense cardiovascular training and strength training are vital.  Weight training techniques, proper nutrition, flexibility and sports psychology are all explored with an eye for safety.  This solution is for serious athletes playing at high school, tournament or "A" level teams.  It is an excellent primer for high school strength training, but comprehensively prepares athletes for their best in all aspects of physical play!

FIT / FAST does not normally dictate times and days of training - we work on an appointment basis to fit your life best.  We also can limit our group sessions to 4 athletes to ensure personal attention at an affordable rate.  Whether your athlete wants to be one-on-one or with friends to push harder, we can help!
